Control transformers are ideal for electrical or electronic circuits. They are used in an electronic circuit that needs constant voltage or constant current with a low power or volt-amp rating. Our control power transformers provide power control in various Voltages i.e. 24 OR 110 OR 200 to 250 Volts from 380V to 480V and thus provide more than one secondary output. The outputs are used to operate Contactors, SMPS, Break Coils, Panel lighting etc.

Our control transformers have wide applications and they are being used all over the world with different machines, controllers, instruments, etc.
Our three phase transformers are used to supply isolated power to machines including CNC Machines; where step-down voltages are required. They ensure clean output; with minimum spikes and surges. Robotic Controllers also need three phase supplies of 50 OR 60 Hz.
We manufacture and supply these types of Transformers with or without enclosures. Various taps like Pri 380--400---415--440 V, Delta & Sec 200—220 V, Star; are generally taken out from primary and secondary to provide exact voltage requirement at sites. Necessary ducts/wedges are provided for cooling of windings between windings and core & between windings also.
These transformers generally have 1:1 OR 1:0.5 ratio and are Delta/Star configured to avoid input spikes and surges entering into output circuits. Additionally we provide electrostatic shield between primary & secondary for better results.

The Control Transformers are made with Super Enamel or DFGC Copper and Aluminum round wires or Rectangular strips of Insulation class, “F” OR “H”. Low loss CRGO / CRNGO stampings are used as per the requirements of customers and their specifications to suit typical applications.

2. Assembly: The quality checked parts then come together to take a form of the final product on the assembly line or the manufacturing area. Here, our In-process Quality Control (IPQC) department personnel ensure the monitoring of quality at every step of the manufacturing process.
3. Ready for Delivery: The final product that is ready for delivery then undergoes a final check that involves checking the product on all the prescribed parameters by our well trained and experienced staff. This is a very critical stage in implementing our ‘zero defect policy’ and ensures peace of mind for our clients.
