We are Transfield Transformers and Electronics Pvt Ltd; formerly called as Transfield Electronics. We feel proud that we are serving the Electrical and Electronic industry since more than 25 years.

Today, we are a name to reckon with in the manufacturing and supply of Step-Down, Step-up, Auto OR Isolation, Single Phase, Three Phase, Rectifier (six pulse-twelve pulse), control, Lighting transformers etc. Our energy efficient and cost effective transformers are custom made as per the specifications of our clients. We produce custom built Control & Power Transformers with capacity from 10 VA to 150 KVA either Single Phase or Three Phase and also Inductors/ Tapped Inductors or Line Reactors [Chokes].

Quality control

We follow a zero defect policy. To ensure the 100% implementation of the same, we implement stringent Quality Management System. This QMS works at three levels.

Pre assembly: All that forms a part of the final product which is delivered to you is checked for quality individually under the prescribed guidelines and parameters; even before it becomes a part of the final product.
Assembly: The quality checked parts then come together to take a form of the final product on the assembly line or the manufacturing area. Here, our In-process Quality Control (IPQC) department personnel ensure the monitoring of quality at every step of the manufacturing process.
Ready for Delivery: The final product that is ready for delivery then undergoes a final check that involves checking the product on all the prescribed parameters by our well trained and experienced staff. This is a very critical stage in implementing our ‘zero defect policy’ and ensures peace of mind for our clients.
